The art of the cart

A couple of weeks ago, while I was at my aunt's house in Pontian, I saw an interesting news on channel 5 (Singapore). There's actually a university called Hot Dog University.

As you can see from it's name, this university only offers course on hot dog cart business. They will guide their students on how to run a successful hot dog cart business. Starting from selecting a cart, purchasing, pricing, cooking and assembling the best hot dog ever tasted. Those who graduated from this university will also received a diploma.
